Friday:
I was getting tired of my 16k long run route, so I did 23 (sorry coach). 1:24 half marathon for an easy training run.
Saturday:
90 mins on computrainer with 3x10mins
30min brick on treadmill building to 3:15 k's
Sunday:
Big sleepy
So the fitness is coming along just fine. And I'm realizing I need to be in long course. Taking a couple easy days this week to recharge, get going with the whole school thing, and rethink the idea of a 70.3 this season...which means giving up on QFG.
